The Village of Krootle

Krootle is a village that borders the snowy lands of Klaki and the more desert regions of Dreka. As such, it has a strange shifting of temperature randomly, depending on which way the wind happens to be blowing at the time. The previous population of Krootle used to take great advantage when warmer air drifted in, known for their games and festival-like celebrations during these times. When the breeze shifted to the colder side, they took to their houses and whiled away the hours with brisk conversation over spicy food- the spicier it was, the warmer they felt.

As the dragons that once resided in Krootle disappeared during the Purge of Drakon, it is now populated by the next generation, still trying to figure out the timing of the temperature shifts with varying success.
