The Ravening

The Ravening is a desert area in western Dreka, so-named for it being especially ravenous in its appetite for foolish dragons to enter its unforgiving terrain. Should one travel far enough and survive to tell the tale, it is said that the Trees of Silence grow somewhere amongst its dunes. Additionally, the western entrance to the Thorneapple Bridge crosses the Shelibowe River South here, and the town of Hediwikk sits along its southern shore.
