Snowfire Plawn

LAND: Klaki

The Snowfire Plawn is a unique bird that resides in the cold hills of Klaki. Spending most of its time in the frigid mountains, it creates a small fire beneath its nest in order to hatch and keep its chicks warm. However, the Plawn cannot remain to watch over them, as heat is detrimental to the bird past its younger years. The small birds must fend for themselves until they too can stand the warmth no longer, seeking out the cold on their own.

Plawns have very particular melodies and come in many shades of blues and whites. Their beaks are bright turquoise, which appear to emit tiny sparks when the light from the sun is positioned just right.
