Eloy Oasis

The Eloy Oasis is an area that sits in the shadows of the Cliffs of Ward-Eak in the Barbaring. A set of cave dragons sell their wares not far from here, including Eloy the Rockspinner, for which the area is named. Periodically, Eloy hosts grand concerts in this location as well as the band Sahmmy and the Loch-Sharcs.
